In practice this is impossible, you cannot craft a doublechest of items with one click, there will always be some time between crafting, allowing your "expertise" to decay just a tiny bit. This should not measurably affect the above numbers. If you wait hours between the crafting events, then that should have a measurable effect on the above numbers.
