Price: 2 emeralds per week

• You are renting two rooms furbished with bed, crafting table, furnace and 15 single-chests worth of storage space, a ladder to the city's mining and escape tunnels, for a payment of 2 emeralds/week.
• The payment periods start every Saturday. If you move in any day other than Saturday, you are charged as if you moved in the most recent Saturday.
• The payment must be made within the 7 day period.
• If payment is not made, Sin's managers (i.e. AuraWater and Tritonio) will move your things out of the rooms at any time after the end of the 7 days period and repossess enough to cover any missed payments.
• You will not have build-level trust on the plot, you will only have access to use the containers and facilities of your rooms.
• Sin's managers may terminate this agreement at the end of any 7 day period but only if a 7 day notice has been given to you beforehand.
• You may terminate this agreement at the end of any 7 day period as long as you have fully moved out by then.
